Shipping Policy
Yixuan’s intangible cultural heritage craft products (willow weaving, woodwork, iron frame weaving, etc.) are distributed through a professional logistics network, with optimized packaging and transportation solutions tailored to the characteristics of the crafts. Specific policies are as follows:
Domestic Transportation
Logistics selection: Based on the product characteristics (such as fragile wooden ornaments and large iron frame weaving) and the customer’s location, we cooperate with professional service providers such as SF Express and JD Logistics to ensure transportation safety.
Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight (e.g., wicker baskets 0.5-3kg), size (e.g., Christmas tree ornaments 30-945cm), and distance to the destination. The system will automatically display the specific amount when you place an order. Basic shipping is free for orders over 200 yuan.
Delivery time:
Ordinary areas: 3-5 working days for delivery;
Remote areas (such as Xinjiang and Tibet): 5-7 working days, which may be extended by 1-2 days in case of special weather conditions;
Large custom items (such as iron frame weaving devices over 1m long): Delivery reservations must be made 3 working days in advance, and delivery time will be extended by 2-3 days.
International Transport
Coverage: Supports delivery to over 60 countries and regions worldwide, with DHL, FedEx and dedicated logistics as the main partners. We also offer dedicated European and American lines for popular categories like Christmas series.
Cost and timeliness:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product’s actual weight (including packaging), volume, and destination. You can check the estimated amount after placing an order.
Standard delivery time: 7-12 working days for major European and American cities, 5-8 working days for Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand, and 15-20 working days for remote areas;
During the Christmas season (October-December), it is recommended to place orders 15 days in advance to avoid delays during the customs peak period.
Customs clearance and taxes:
Yixuan provides formal customs declaration documents, and customers need to cooperate in providing customs clearance information at the place of delivery;
Any customs duties, value-added tax and other taxes that may be incurred in the destination country/region are borne by the customer. Please consult the local customs in advance for details.
Packaging and Tracking
Professional packaging: All products are packed in shockproof cotton and hard cartons. Custom large items are reinforced with wooden frames, and vulnerable parts such as wickerwork are covered with extra dust bags to ensure the craftsmanship and texture are intact.
Logistics tracking: Within 24 hours after the order is shipped, the system will automatically send the logistics tracking number to the customer’s email address. The progress can be tracked in real time through the “Order Inquiry” function on the official website or the logistics website.
Special instructions
If the product is damaged due to logistics, provide photos of the damage within 24 hours after signing for it, and Yixuan will reissue it free of charge or arrange a refund or exchange (see the “Refund Policy” for details);
During holidays and major promotional periods (such as Double 11 and Christmas pre-sales), domestic delivery time will be extended by 1-2 days, and international delivery time will be extended by 3-5 days. Please pay attention to the prompts on the order page.
