Refund Policy
Yixuan is committed to creating high-quality craft products (willow weaving, woodwork, iron frame weaving, etc.) with the ingenuity of intangible cultural heritage. However, the performance of the products may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as scene adaptation and personal preference. Therefore, we cannot promise or guarantee the subjective experience of the products. Due to the special nature of intangible cultural heritage crafts, the refund policy is as follows:
Return application conditions
Non-customized products: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return, which must meet the following conditions:
The product should be kept in its original packaging (including the process instruction card and anti-counterfeiting label);
Unused or modified (e.g. the wickerwork is not wet, the wood is not worn, and the weaving texture is not deformed);
Submit your application within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Customized products (including pattern design, size customization, etc.): Due to the personalized nature of intangible cultural heritage crafts, returns are not accepted except for quality issues. Quality issues refer to workmanship defects (such as weaving breaks, wood cracks, and other non-human damage). Clear detailed images of the damage must be provided as evidence.
Return Process
Please send an email to [email protected] to request a return. Please indicate the order number, reason for return, description of the product condition, and attach a complete photo of the product.
We will respond to the review results within 2 working days and provide a return address and precautions if approved (fragile items must be packaged in the specified manner).
Upon receiving the return, a professional craftsman will assess the product’s condition:
If eligible, a refund will be arranged within 3 working days (minus the original order shipping and handling fees);
If the conditions are not met (such as damaged packaging, damaged workmanship, etc.), the return will be refused and the reason will be stated. The product can be returned (return shipping costs must be borne) or stored by Yixuan for 30 days.
Special Notes
Shipping costs and custom service fees (such as exclusive pattern design fees) are non-refundable;
For limited-edition products during special periods such as Christmas and intangible cultural heritage events, the return period is shortened to 3 days after receipt. Please pay attention to the time limit reminder in the order notes;
Yixuan reserves the right of final interpretation for return applications that do not meet policy standards.
